Kigali Car Hire was established in 1990 by Obed Dieudonne, a Kigali native with deep knowledge of Rwanda's roads, parks, and travel needs. What started as a small fleet has grown into Rwanda's most trusted car rental company, serving tourists, NGOs, diplomats, and business travellers across the country.
Based in Kigali on KG 648 St, Kigali, Rwanda, we operate 24/7 and offer two types of car hire: self-drive car hire for independent travellers, and chauffeur-driven car hire with professional local drivers who know every road in Rwanda.
Our fleet of 50+ vehicles covers every category — economy sedans from $30/day, rugged 4x4 Land Cruisers for gorilla trekking and safari, luxury cars for weddings and executive travel, and minibuses for groups and corporate events. Every vehicle is fully insured, regularly serviced, and delivered clean to your hotel or address anywhere in Kigali.
